Barbara Holt
Executive Director & Founder
Barbara Holt was born and raised in Almyra, AR. She attended Immanuel, DeWitt, and Stuttgart Schools. She earned a degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and completed post-graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, MO as a CRNA. Barbara has three children. Her parents were Arthur Holt and Lucille Keaton-Holt.
Lacey Sims
President
Lacey Sims grew up in the community of Lookout, AR. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Arkansas Little Rock College of Business. Lacey is a graduate of Stuttgart High School in Stuttgart, AR. She is the daughter of the late Lee Mathis Sims and Thelma Mitchell-Sims. She has one child, a daughter named Nicole.
Lawrence Owens
Vice-President
Lawrence is the son of the late Mack Owens and the late Juanita Jeffrey-Owens. He has a marketing degree from Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, Arkansas. He began his career in 1991 with RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company and currently functions as a trade marketing representative. His favorite pastime is fishing. Lawrence has been married for 19 years to his wife, Lasonya. They have four children: Erica(33), Devean(26), Dylan(21) and Nakiya(7).
Joy West
Secretary
Joy West, MD, FACOG, is a native of the south side of Chicago, where she currently practices Obstetrics & Gynecology at Roseland Community Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center. She is the Chair and Medical Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Roseland Community Hospital. Dr. West earned her Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College (1985) and received her Medical Degree from The University of Iowa (1989). A Keaton Township descendant of Leaster Moore Jones, Joy is the mother of four daughters.
Vince Fitzpatrick-Bryant
Media Director
Vince Fitzpatrick-Bryant is the son of Barbara Holt and Ronnie Bryant. Vince was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas and currently resides in St.Louis, Missouri. He has a Business Management degree from Truman State University and a MBA from Lindenwood University. Vince has been married for 27 years to his wife, Naomi. They have three children: VJ (29), Justin (26), and Grant (21). Vince enjoys all things fitness and spending time with family.
