2024 Celebrating Community Gala Luncheon
2024 Keaton Township Heritage Festival
Dr. Karama Neal, PhD, the principal of the Neal Firm which provides consulting and mediation services, will deliver the keynote address for the “Celebrating Community Gala Luncheon” at The Grand Prairie Center in Stuttgart, Arkansas on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
Dr. Neal earned a BA in biology at Swarthmore College and later a doctorate in genetics from Emory University and a master's in bioethics from Loyola University Chicago. The Division of Arkansas Heritage has awarded Keaton Township Project a $3550 grant to assist in funding the 2024 Keaton Township Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 21, 2024. This inaugural event will feature commissioned artwork by artist Sarah Maxwell, numerous activities for children including Keaton Township historical trivia games, a narrated Ancestral Land Tour of Keaton Township communities (Alymra, Casscoe, Immanuel, and Lookout), food, and much more! Event tickets will be available on June 1, 2024. Free admission.
